The attached research center of Kwangya Food make efforts to supply tasty and healthy premium well-being food products to its customers with its constant passion for research and development.

Development of New Products

Through constant research activities for well-being products, we are focusing on developing and producing new products which can satisfy various demands of customers.
For this purpose, we are developing new products reflecting various new technology and up-to-date trends in the food sector through market research in Korea, Japan, the US, China and Europe as well as attending national and international food exhibitions. Moreover, we are conducting research to improve the safety and product value of our existing products. .

Quality Management and Improvement

In order to insure safety which is the basic quality of food products, we determine quality targets and focus on achieve those targets rationally and economically.
We inspect, analyze, and manage quality standards according to food standards (legal matters) for the overall management of raw material, finished products, and distributed products and make efforts to ensure product safety and overall hygiene of the producing site including process standardization and improvement.
Moreover, we have demonstrated the highest grade of food safety, hygiene and quality management by obtaining certification from Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), the international food safety standards. Kwangya Food Research Center is doing its best for customer satisfaction and quality improvement by constantly maintaining and improving the standard quality.

Core Capacity Enhancement

We are making efforts to push forward with the globalization of Korean traditional well-being food and to secure global competitiveness by developing global premium food products which satisfy not only tastes of Korean people but also tastes of global people through our technological know-how accumulated during many decades and core capacity development.
